He feels great discontent with the Goddess and her actions in the world, which leads him to join the organization that opposes her. However, by performing experiments on those he saw as useless, he proves that he is not so different from the Goddess.

He attempted to undermine Makoto at the academy by supplying students that he believed to be unsuitable for Makoto's lectures, so as to manipulate him into becoming a subordinate. He even hired the Assassin's Guild to get rid of Makoto.
He is revealed to be part of an underground organization that conducted cruel experiments on all races, but mostly Demi-Humans, in an unused part of the academy grounds.
Subsequently, he was captured and tortured for information by the Kuzunoha Company.
