When their people move to Asora, Tomoe and Mio organize an exhibition match between the Mist Lizards and the Highland Orcs. However, Liddy' fight with Agares exposes the lack of progress the species have in their combat ability due to their reluctance to share their knowledge, so they create the Asora Ranking System to strengthen all races.
Makoto employs "Aotokage-san" as a sparring partner for his students at Rotsgard Academy. He repeatedly defeats them all in training despite restricting his strength to 10%.

His strength is the greatest among the Mist Lizards, using sword and shield as weapons. He can use Water and Wind magic as well as Ice, in addition to strengthening magic.
