- Mils is Welsh and means "Legendary son of Dugum"
- Ace is Latin and can mean " One or Unity."
Biography[]
He faked his level sometime in the past giving him a higher status and free rein to commit criminal activities from the shadows. With his reputation in Zetsuya, which is most likely the benefit to a third-party, he's tricks people into going into debt with him in order to traffic Hyumans.
When Tomoe and Mio infiltrate their base to rescue Toa, he insulted Makoto Misumi, to which they proceeded to beat him and all the people in his organization.
