Rugui (ルグイ, Rugui) is an Elder Dwarf craftsman. He is the one who mainly creates Makoto's personal equipment.

Rugui has an unkempt appearance and wears an monocle.
Personality[]
He is described as having a stern personality. He is the one who mainly makes Makoto's main equipment related to sealing and absorbing Makoto's immense magical power. Furthermore, he is dumbfounded by the fact that the items which he makes ends up obsolete to contain/absorb Makoto's magical power as when these items are equipped by a normal person, they would die. Thus, he is committed in developing new equipment which can kill Makoto for sure, which ends up worrying Makoto.

- Draupnir: Magical rings that absorb and compresses the wearer's Mana. It glows red when the storage capacity reaches its limit.
- Magic Coat: A cloth-version of the Draupnir. It absorbs the wearer's Mana and use it to turn stronger and more durable. When is blue, provides with protection. If the user turns it red, gives a boost in mobility instead.
